Responsibilities

Produce construction documents and technical specifications for large-scale commercial and institutional projects using current Revit (2023+)
Coordinate building systems across architectural, structural, MEP, and civil disciplines
Develop technical details, wall sections, and assemblies for complex building envelopes
Review and resolve coordination conflicts during document production
Support code analysis, zoning compliance, and accessibility reviews
Participate in consultant coordination meetings and document reviews
Contribute to quality control of drawing sets before milestone submissions

Required

6+ years of architectural experience with a technical/documentation focus
Advanced Revit proficiency on current versions (2023 or 2024+). This is non-negotiable. Candidates using legacy versions (pre-2023) will not pass the technical assessment
Mid-to-large-scale commercial project experience (75,000+ sq ft projects preferred)
Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and material applications
Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary consultant teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Able to work hybrid in Manhattan 3-4 days per week

Preferred

NYS architectural license (preferred, not required)
Experience with institutional, civic, or public sector projects
LEED accreditation or sustainability design experience
Bluebeam Revu proficiency
Experience on design-bid-build project delivery
