Responsibilities
Lead transportation engineering projects, including traffic studies, roadway design, and signalization
Develop proposals and coordinate project planning with internal teams and clients
Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope to ensure successful delivery
Use CADD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation) for project design and drafting
Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
5+ years of project management experience in transportation or civil engineering consulting
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
