Define multi-year data platform strategy and roadmap
Modernize legacy data warehouses into scalable cloud-ready platforms
Enable ISO 20022-aligned data models and real-time payment data use cases
Adopt emerging technologies (Lakehouse, streaming, graph DBs, etc.)
Govern PoC-to-production transitions and ROI measurement
Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
Act as trusted advisor across payments, technology & compliance teams
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Payments and Transaction
Strong experience in Payments and Transaction
Lead the modernization and scaling of enterprise data platforms
Define and implement data platform strategies
Experience with cloud-native architectures
Experience with AI/ML enablement in a regulated banking environment
Define multi-year data platform strategy and roadmap
Modernize legacy data warehouses into scalable cloud-ready platforms
Enable ISO 20022-aligned data models and real-time payment data use cases
Adopt emerging technologies (Lakehouse, streaming, graph DBs, etc.)
