Hard Rock Digital is focused on becoming the best online sportsbook, casino, and social gaming company in the world. The Analyst role involves protecting customers and the business by managing financial disputes and analyzing transactions in the i-gaming space.

Responsibilities

Analyst will need to navigate and manage multiple online financial portals to obtain the transactions in question
Reviewing customers’ financial transaction history. Including but not limited to, financial records, bank statements, and credit card statements
Analyst will be responsible for validating and verifying customer documentation when further verification is necessary
Perform in-depth analysis of account(s) in order to build a case to counter-dispute transactions that patrons have reversed on our platform
Manage multiple jurisdictions of internal controls to ensure regulations are followed accordingly

Required

Experience in ecommerce financial disputes
Ability to navigate and manage multiple online financial portals to obtain transactions
Reviewing customers' financial transaction history, including financial records, bank statements, and credit card statements
Validating and verifying customer documentation when further verification is necessary
Performing in-depth analysis of account(s) to build a case to counter-dispute transactions
Managing multiple jurisdictions of internal controls to ensure regulations are followed
Self-driven and a self-motivated team player
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume real-time environment
Good investigation skills, sound judgement and the ability to review and interpret data and activity
Analytical skill set, with the ability to communicate
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge and understanding of the rules and regulations of the gaming industry
Experience in troubleshooting and triaging complicated matters related to customer inquiries
Computer literate with experience in MS Office applications
Prepared to work flexible hours to mirror the sporting schedule

Preferred

Previous work experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes, or i-Gaming industries
Knowledge of Location Compliance, Multi-Accounting and Financial Crime
Knowledge of gambling and sports betting, and how customers engage with those products
The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a face-paced work environment
