Responsibilities
Track Clinical Supply Operations (CSO) equipment globally
Support qualification, installation, and release of new equipment, and decommissioning of old equipment
Support recurring issues and deficiencies with equipment and facilities
Support process development by partnering with business areas to enable equipment use
Collaborate on Preventative Maintenance plan development for new equipment and facilities
Support the Client's Permanent Inspection Readiness and Continuous Improvement expectations, escalating inconsistencies across sites for resolution
Support significant cross-functional investigations involving CSO, including larger or recurring investigations and CAPAs resulting from routine issues
Qualification
Required
Expertise with packaging equipment- qualification, installation, Validation and release of new equipment, commissioning and decommissioning
Industry experience within GMP, Biopharma and medical device
Experience with troubleshooting. Investigations
Authoring protocols
Associate degree in engineering, scientific, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in an engineering and/or operations role within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with pharmaceutical packaging, including: Primary packaging of solid dosage forms, Secondary packaging of vaccines/biologics, Medical devices
Strong compliance mindset with solid understanding of cGMP, including FDA and EMEA regulations
Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and build strong collaborative relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with change management, investigations, and root cause analysis
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, or related field preferred
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
Experience with Operational Excellence methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean principles and tools
Experience with SAP or other production-related software
