The role involves maintaining Microsoft BizTalk Server, incident management, and supporting the migration to Dell Boomi while creating documentation and runbooks.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical support resource for legacy middleware systems (PEEF & BizTalk) at The Pasha Group

Maintain, monitor, and administer Microsoft BizTalk Server, including configuration changes (schemas, maps, adapters, ports)

Provide daily incident management and system maintenance for a stable, low-change environment

Collaborate on-site with the client's architect to document and master support processes during the initial onboarding phase

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the legacy environment, supporting the migration team during the transition to Dell Boomi

Identify and recommend workflows suitable for migration from BizTalk to Boomi

Proactively learn and prepare to support the new Dell Boomi integration platform as it is implemented

Create and maintain technical runbooks and documentation for legacy systems and support activities

Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, leveraging expertise in the Microsoft tech stack (.NET, SQL Server)

Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new integration technologies as part of long-term responsibilities
