Responsibilities
This position will provide at the elbow support for the end users of the application systems within the organization
The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating the successful adoption and ongoing support of our application systems
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Three (3) years of experience in healthcare information system training or related field
Strong understanding of EMR systems and healthcare workflows
Desire to improve customer value and build collegial relationships to achieve workflow efficiency outcomes
Requires the ability to travel on an overnight basis to provide training or to support go-live events in both the acute care and ambulatory environments
