8+ years expeNcloud Services LLC is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud. The role involves architecting end-to-end solutions, optimizing omnichannel routing, and providing technical leadership while ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards.

Responsibilities
Architect and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud architectures including:
Data ingestion from multiple sources
Data modeling, harmonization, and identity resolution
Real-time and batch data processing
Build and operationalize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein capabilities
Design and develop AI-powered chat and automation solutions using:
Agentforce
Einstein Bots
Data Cloud–driven contextual responses
Configure and optimize Omnichannel routing , queues, skills-based routing, and escalation frameworks in Service Cloud
Lead design of case management, CTI, digital channels , and customer support workflows
Define Salesforce integration patterns , security models, and performance best practices
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architecture governance across teams
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs
Support DevOps, CI/CD, release management , and environment strategies
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, data privacy, and security standards
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of Salesforce experience, including Technical Architect or Lead Architect roles
Strong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Salesforce Data Cloud
Proven experience in data ingestion pipelines and data modeling in Data Cloud
Building RAG-based AI workflows
Contextual AI solutions using enterprise data
Deep hands-on knowledge of Agentforce
Einstein Bots
AI-driven conversational experiences
Strong experience configuring Omnichannel routing
Skills-based routing, queues, and escalations
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL, APIs, and integration frameworks
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, and governance
Preferred
Salesforce certifications: Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred
Integration Architecture Designer / Data Architecture Designer
Experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI governance in Salesforce
Exposure to Contact Center integrations (CTI, Voice, Messaging)
Experience with Agile delivery models and global implementations
