Responsibilities

Prepares financial analysis, reports, and/or accounting processes for assigned functions, which may include general ledger transactions, account analysis and reconciliations, revenue and contracts, transformation, volume and statistical metrics, or other areas of focus

Develops financial tools and templates to support business and financial processes, analytical capabilities, and activity tracking

Maintains appropriate documentation of analytical processes

Ensures that all work is performed in an auditable fashion

Continuously refines and automates department procedures to improve workflow efficiency

Develops strong finance and business partner relationships to understand needs and provide actionable analysis

Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 2 years-Related work experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas)

Introduction to Medicare and Pennsylvania Medicaid cost reporting regulations, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines
