Responsibilities
Lead and complete audit, review, and compilation engagements
Examine financial records to ensure accuracy, proper authorization, and compliance with firm policies and applicable regulations
Prepare audit documentation, reports, and recommendations for clients
Serve as in-charge on engagements, supervising staff and performing first-level reviews of their work
Research audit and accounting topics of moderate complexity
Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching staff accountants
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines
Qualification
Required

Solid understanding of audit and attest services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Client-focused mindset with the ability to work with all levels of management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
Self-motivated, takes initiative, and works well independently
Ability to multitask across several engagements
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (Accounting preferred)
CPA candidate
3–6 years of public accounting experience
Preferred
3–6 years of public accounting experience (preferred range)
Prior experience with tax preparation and review is a plus
