Responsibilities

Facilitating effective training experiences that prepare employees to succeed in their roles
Delivering training through in-person, on-the-job, and virtual formats
Supporting Training Department initiatives by coordinating training, maintaining resources, and reinforcing learning through post-training coaching
Collaborating with the Training Team Lead and Training Specialist II to support and enhance training programs
Identifying opportunities to improve training delivery and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
Serving the members of Alliance Credit Union with professional, courteous service
Performing all teller functions proficiently
Solving basic member problems and/or helping with member questions or work-related matters
Efficiently handling member needs and accurate transactions
Performing account maintenance
Maintaining dual control standards
Opening and servicing accounts for members, interviewing and professionally handling member’s daily needs
Opening and providing account maintenance for services such as basic IRA functions, share certificates, money markets, and share draft accounts
Being well versed in more complex account structures including representative payee accounts, sole proprietorship accounts and other complex ownership
Providing basic loan information and providing loan referrals
