Mid LevelideaHelix is seeking a strong SailPoint developer with knowledge in Java and Spring Boot. The main purpose of this role is to manage and resolve incidents related to Identity and Access Management, ensuring efficient service delivery to clients.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
Manage proactively the incident lifecycle, including identifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents
Create and maintain client knowledge articles, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and scripts to restore normal operations
Monitor IAM operations and escalate incidents to level three support as necessary according to established protocols
Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring efficient incident management service and addressing their IAM-related needs
Qualification
Required
Strong SailPoint developer (IIQ/Beanshell)
Java/Spring Boot knowledge
React JS skill
Ability to diagnose and resolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) incidents for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
Ability to manage proactively the incident lifecycle, including identifying, categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents
