Senior Level, Lead/StaffCerebra Consulting Inc is seeking a Cognos Lead/Senior Developer to manage their IBM business intelligence tool and support its transition to a containerized environment. The role involves platform management, troubleshooting, and advising stakeholders on best practices.

Responsibilities
Manage the platform end to end, moving to containerization, hybrid onsite, and on call
On call support, platform management, weekend work as needed, manage risk, vulnerabilities, metrics, Jira, integrate team requirements, troubleshoot, continuous monitoring, lead upgrades and version upgrades
Designing go-live strategy, capacity planning, performance monitoring, diagnosing complex issues, performing complex upgrades, and carrying out deployments
Advise/educate internal stakeholders about Cognos, Architecture blueprints and best practices
Analyzing usage patterns and anticipate workload to plan capacity
Qualification
Required
IBM Cognos Analytics Version 12 – needs to be version 12
Experience with Containers as this environment is being containerized
Linux environment experience (cannot have solely Windows)
Senior-level (need to have been a Senior or Lead)
Ability to interface effectively with senior-level management
