They are seeking a Senior Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist to lead the creation and management of digital content and technical documentation, collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Digital Content Development & Technical Documentation
Design, develop, and maintain web-based technical and business documentation using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and enterprise content management systems
Create clear, concise, and user-focused content including intranet pages, job aids, user guides, procedural documentation, and internal communications
Translate complex technical and operational processes into intuitive and engaging digital experiences
Maintain and optimize content libraries to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency
Content Strategy, UX Writing & Visual Storytelling
Apply UX writing principles and content strategy best practices to improve user experience and information architecture
Develop engaging visual content, infographics, and digital storytelling elements aligned with brand and accessibility standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to storyboard eLearning content, performance support tools, and training materials
Incorporate SEO best practices to improve searchability, usability, and digital content discoverability
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership
Partner with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define content solutions
Lead research, user interviews, and workflow analysis to identify documentation and training needs
Manage content development projects from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in technical communication and digital content development
Testing, Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Support user acceptance testing and validate content usability and effectiveness
Analyze content performance using analytics tools and recommend data-driven improvements
Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities to enhance digital content strategy and user engagement
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accessibility, and corporate governance standards
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content authoring and publishing
Proven experience in web content development, digital content creation, and intranet content management
Demonstrated expertise in technical writing, documentation strategy, and enterprise content governance
Strong background in graphic design, visual storytelling, or digital content design
Experience creating performance support materials such as job aids, training documentation, and eLearning storyboards
Advanced ability to translate technical processes into user-friendly content
Experience working with HTML, web publishing tools, and content management systems
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Content Strategy and UX Writing best practices
Experience with motion graphics, interactive design, or multimedia content development
Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven content optimization
Experience supporting change management initiatives and digital transformation efforts
Exposure to eLearning development tools or instructional design methodologies
