Responsibilities

Recruit for openings in IT, engineering, accounting, and finance sectors

Collaborate with Account Executives to identify top talent and fill roles for businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies

Screen candidate resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates

Make outbound calls to prospective candidates and conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or teleconference

Source candidates through various channels, including our internal database, LinkedIn, networking events, and social media platforms

Extend job offers and facilitate placements to ensure the best match between candidates and clients

Qualification

Required

High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus

Prior experience in sales (over the phone, cold calling, door-to-door, etc.) or internship experience in business, recruitment, or sales
