New Grad, Entry LevelRevolution Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to provide onsite technical support and coordination across end-user systems and enterprise IT environments. This role involves installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software while supporting service delivery initiatives and IT projects.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and related hardware/software
Monitor and support systems using enterprise tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
Assist with audiovisual setups and video conferencing support (Teams, Zoom, GoTo, etc.)
Support Microsoft Teams Rooms and related AV equipment
Collaborate with IT teams on projects, initiatives, and process improvement efforts
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and travel to remote locations for support when required
Recommend tools, practices, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and Windows 10/11
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work onsite in Southwest Orlando, FL (operating hours between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
