System Configuration: Configure document lifecycles, metadata, workflows, user roles, and security settings in Vault PromoMats
Content Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance for medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) reviews, including claims management, tagging, and asset distribution
Implementation & Integration: Lead or assist with end-to-end implementation, including designing system architecture and integrating PromoMats with Veeva CRM, DAM, and other enterprise systems
Business Analysis: Analyze user requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and manage project deliverables
Support & Training: Provide post-go-live support, create system documentation, and train users on functionality
