Responsibilities
Prospect & qualify leads; nurture relationships via email, phone, LinkedIn, and webinars
Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client needs and position our learning solutions
Manage your own pipeline in the CRM, guiding prospects through each stage of the sales process to drive conversions and achieve sales success
Participate in virtual and occasional in-person events for ongoing training and to build brand awareness
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in B2B or B2C sales, account management, admissions, or fundraising
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to individuals and small groups
Some familiarity with CRM tools; tech-savvy and data-driven
Growth mindset — you enjoy feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement
