Responsibilities

Review user activity and join discussions with our clients to understand their goals, pain points, and how our solutions are performing relative to client goals
Drive user adoption on key features by meeting with account executives, client schools, and other stakeholders to ensure schools understand the value proposition and how to use the new features
Document user pain points and ideas to support the ongoing refinement of key features

Required

Previous experience in digital product management and/or software engineering (courses, freelance work, internships, etc.)
You're a proven creative problem solver. You enjoy taking time to understand context, diagnose areas of concern, and collaborate with others to implement meaningful improvements to digital products
You've got excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to speak with internal and external stakeholders
Eligible candidates must be one of the following: Part-time or full-time students who have completed 48+ credit hours (rising juniors/seniors and graduate students) and are enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university or Part-time or full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university
Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism and maturity in the workplace
Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
Good oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in use of MSOffice Suite and Google Docs

Preferred

3.0 GPA or above preferred

Benefits
