InternGFL Environmental Inc. is seeking an IT Intern to provide support for internal applications and assist with data management projects. The role involves troubleshooting issues, creating documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements for new application features.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of support for internal applications; troubleshoot errors, advise users on best practices, and escalate complex issues to the wider IT team
Lead data integrity projects, including data mapping, mass updates, and interpreting results to support business decisions
Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions for core business systems (e.g., TRUX, TM1, PCScale, CieTrade, The Platform)
Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements for new application features or functionality
Actively learn and adopt enterprise tools, specifically ServiceNow for ticket management and Fortinet network methodologies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites)
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, industrial environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
A strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to research solutions for new business issues
