Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate a team of 5–10 UAT testers, ensuring they are clear on test cases, timelines, and priorities
Serve as the primary testing SME, providing guidance and support to testers throughout the testing lifecycle
Manage and maintain JIRA dashboards
Monitor testing progress daily and communicate status, risks, and issues to the Project Manager and leadership
Facilitate stand-ups and testing check-ins as needed
Identify, track, and help resolve defects and bugs in test cases
Coordinate testing bandwidth and bring in additional resources when required
Ensure testers have the tools, access, and information they need to be successful
Support test case automation and audit activities using Kainos Smart Audit
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a UAT Testing Lead or UAT Project Manager
Hands-on experience with JIRA and JIRA Xray (required)
Workday testing experience, particularly in payroll or HRIS systems
Exposure to payroll parallel testing cycles or payroll system implementations
Strong understanding of UAT processes, test execution, and defect management
Experience leading testing efforts in complex, fast-moving projects
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly relay information to testers, PMs, and leadership
Self-starter who can operate independently and take ownership of testing outcomes
Preferred
UAT Testing exposure in Workday is a plus but not required
Experience with Kainos Smart Audit is a plus but not required
