Responsibilities
Translate multifaceted analytics into clear, actionable insights and develop compelling, data-driven narratives to inform strategic decisions
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI to monitor brand and portfolio performance, continually enhancing visualizations as business needs evolve
Conduct deep-dive analyses to support new brand launches and optimize existing brands, applying creative thinking to uncover insights and solve business challenges
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across portfolios, identify trends and opportunities, and coordinate with external analytics vendors for timely, high-quality deliverables
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical data science, brand analytics, or commercial analytics, including at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
Proficiency with specialty pharmacy data and familiarity with major pharmaceutical data sources, such as IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, and claims data
Strong skills in data visualization and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, or SAS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field
