Responsibilities

Lead and manage our payroll, benefits and HRIS functions
Oversee payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and international regulations
Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with business objectives
Manage annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive processes—including budgeting, modeling, communications, and leadership support
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs to ensure fair, consistent, and competitive compensation practices for offers, promotions, and internal mobility
Design and manage employee benefits programs for our North America operations, including negotiation with vendors and carriers to optimize cost and value
Lead annual benefits planning and open enrollment, including vendor selection, plan design, employee communication, and implementation
Ensure accurate and timely benefits invoicing and financial reporting; maintain benefit plan budgets/projections in partnership with Finance
Manage expatriate compensation and benefits, including relocation support, tax considerations, and compliance with host country regulations
Partner closely with field HR teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of compensation and benefits strategies
Continuously evaluate and streamline policies, programs, and processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
Monitor market trends and conduct benchmarking to inform compensation and benefits strategies
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Lead benefit compliance efforts and ensure timely filings (Form 5500, 1094-C/1095-C, nondiscrimination testing, etc.)
Serve as the key liaison to Finance and Internal Audit groups for budgeting, equity reviews, compliance, and compensation-related audits
Provide strategic guidance and reporting to senior leadership on total rewards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferred
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, payroll, and benefits. Global experience is required
Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
This is an on-site role located in our corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia

Preferred

Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, CBP)
