Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices-based solutions
Drive the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Ensure high performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional technical teams
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior and mid-level developers
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
Diagnose and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
12+ years of hands-on experience in .NET application development
Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API
Extensive experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization
Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and software architecture principles
Proven experience working with Microservices architecture and REST-based integrations
Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and/or Dapper
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and DevOps tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS
Strong understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
