Responsibilities

Execute On-Site Deployments: Lead mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and plumbing integration in strict accordance with P&IDs, electrical schematics, and manufacturer specifications
System Startup: Orchestrate full system commissioning, including utility verification, I/O checks, sensor calibration, and the testing of safety interlocks
Validation & Handover: Verify system performance against rigorous acceptance criteria, ensuring formal customer sign-off and documentation
Diagnostic Excellence: Rapidly troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues to maximize customer uptime
Preventive Lifecycle Management: Perform scheduled inspections, software/hardware updates, and component replacements (pumps, VFDs, controllers) to ensure peak performance
Remote Consultation: Provide high-level technical support via telephone or video to resolve client issues efficiently
Training & Empowerment: Facilitate comprehensive on-site training for end-users regarding safety protocols, routine maintenance, and operational best practices
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the face of the organization, providing clear updates on root-cause analysis and corrective actions while managing on-site expectations
Continuous Improvement: Partner with Engineering and Sales to provide field feedback, aiding in product evolution and shipping/logistics optimization

Required

3+ years in field service, industrial maintenance, or complex equipment installation
Advanced hands-on skills in Electrical (120/240/480VAC, DC, panel wiring), Plumbing (PVC, PEX, Stainless), and Mechanical Assembly
Expert ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical manuals; proficient with multimeters and flow/pressure gauges
Valid driver's license and the ability to deploy to customer sites (domestic/international) within 24–48 hours. Must reside within commuting distance of an international airport
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM/CMMS platforms for accurate service logging

Preferred

Expertise in industrial water treatment or chemical generation systems
Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs, including basic controls troubleshooting
Certified knowledge of OSHA safety practices (LOTO, confined space)
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) are a significant plus
Hold a General Contractor's License or EPA/Municipal water certification
