Responsibilities
Collect and Organize Test Requirements
Support PV&V Testing for Power Electronics
Maintain Accurate Documentation
Troubleshooting & Debugging
Customer Collaboration
Ensure Testing Alignment with Specifications
Domestic Travel
Qualification
Required
Minimum B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent from an accredited engineering program
Basic understanding of embedded controllers
Understanding of safe high voltage practices
Knowledge of motor control principles and system-level testing
Basic understanding of design validation processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Effective organization and multi-tasking skills
Strong customer service orientation
Experience in product development environments
Experience working with dynos (motor dynamometers)
Hands-on experience with development and debugging tools: oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, etc
Knowledge of microcontroller peripherals (PWM, bootloaders, ADCs, serial/parallel interfaces)
Familiarity with communication networks: CAN, Ethernet, RS 232/485, etc
Preferred
Experience with three phase power and high voltage systems
Understanding of motor control software
Strong testing and validation experience
Excellent communication skills
