Lead projects and client relationships with significant autonomy and decision-making authority
Own the full project lifecycle, from client relationships and project budgets to schedules and design delivery
Lead project teams through all phases of design and construction
Manage client expectations, controlling budgets, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
8+ years of professional architecture experience
Proven client management experience and ability to build strong client relationships
Demonstrated success managing project budgets and schedules
Revit proficiency (required)
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff
Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach with teams, consultants, and clients
Preferred
Registered Architect
