Responsibilities
Provide 24x7 production support for Java/JEE enterprise applications
Troubleshoot and resolve critical production incidents with quick turnaround
Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements and fixes
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
Perform performance tuning, root cause analysis, and system optimization
Follow best practices for code quality, CI/CD, and documentation
Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Java/JEE and enterprise applications
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful Web Services, and APIs (Must Have)
3+ years of production support experience in enterprise environments (Must Have)
Experience with APIM (API Management)
Solid knowledge of Hibernate, SQL, Maven
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and unit testing (JUnit/TestNG)
Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Preferred
Frontend exposure: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React/jQuery (nice to have)
Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms preferred
Knowledge of OAuth2, SSO, IBM WebSeal is a plus
Big Data platform exposure is a plus
