Business Development Representative
LiveSwitch is dedicated to bridging the technology gap for small businesses through an innovative AI and communication platform. The Business Development Representative will focus on outbound sales, identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: You will spend your hours on the phone. We prioritize high-volume outreach because it is the most effective way to find the businesses that need our help
Lead Qualification: You will engage with business owners to understand their needs and determine if LiveSwitch is a fit for their operations
Appointment Setting: Your goal is to spark interest and schedule demonstrations for our Account Executives. You are the "tip of the spear" in our sales process
Follow-through: You will be responsible for making sure the appointments you book show up to their meeting by sending appropriate follow-up communications and confirmations
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Able to work 20-30 hours per week
Self-starter mentality
Ability to speak clearly, professionally, and persuasively with business owners
Resilience and a positive attitude
Genuine interest in the success of small businesses
