Educate customers on AT&T's cutting-edge telecom solutions and services
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T products and solutions as a Customer Support Representative
Resolve customer issues and problems efficiently and effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Stay informed about new AT&T offerings and industry trends
Collaborate with fellow Customer Support Representatives and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED is mandatory for all Customer Support Representatives
Excellent communication and people skills
Well-organized and can multitask effectively under pressure
Highly competitive and driven to hit weekly and monthly sales goals
Accepts rejection with grace and class
Reliable transportation is a huge advantage
Preferred
Previous experience in sales or account management
