Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Amazon Connect solutions, including call/queue flows and agent experience
Configure Contact Lens, Call Recording, and perform Contact Trace Record (CTR) data analysis
Design and manage integrations between Amazon Connect and external systems using AWS Lambda and Python
Oversee all Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases: requirements gathering, prototyping, data migration, and production support
Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, troubleshooting performance issues and providing technical leadership to the team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Enterprise experience in Amazon Connect architecture and design
2+ years of experience building applications with AWS Services (CloudWatch, Kinesis, S3, EventBridge)
Deep expertise in Telephony, Voice over IP (VoIP), and WebRTC
Strong proficiency in Python, JSON, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation or CDK
Experience with DevOps tools including GitHub, Docker, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Preferred
AWS Certified AI Practitioner
AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer
Experience in advanced Machine Learning integrations within contact center environments
