Responsibilities

Receive and ship controlled substances through the use of WDM, Warehouse Data Management
Verify products match 222 forms and/or job inventory report by comparing quantity, NDC numbers, and lot number
Scan and input product information into WDM
Verify and correct errors on DEA 222 Forms and/or job inventory report
Meet or exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly goals, which contribute to overall department goals
Ensure proper packing slip is enclosed inside RGA bag
Complete 222 form requests for customers within 24 hours
Check-in RGAs to an existing CR tote
Check out RGAs from CR tote locations
Receive Takeback boxes through WDM
Process loose controls found in Production
Issue 222 forms to Field Service Representatives through NetSuite
Create shipments through WDM and through current express package delivery services such as UPS, FedEx, etc
Maintain an organized and clean workplace environment
Perform other activities as required due to business needs

Required

Must have a high school diploma/GED
Minimum of one-year prior experience in any Fulfillment area within Pharma Logistics, with a proven record of reliability, honesty and integrity. or equivalent external Pharmacy experience
Intermediate experience working with computers and performing data entry methods
Superior attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively to meet daily goals and production rates
Frequently lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 lbs
Required to work overtime/weekends/holidays when deemed necessary to support the needs of the business
Stand for 8-hour shift or longer
Regular and punctual attendance is required
Work efficiently in a team setting with a positive, can-do attitude
Manage stress effectively to keep up with a performance driven environment
Engage in safe behaviors and recognize unsafe acts

Preferred

Knowledge of WDM and NetSuite
Awareness of DEA policies and procedures
Knowledge of labeler codes, NDC numbers, and manufacturer groupings
