Responsibilities

Interact with customers to understand technical requirements and facility needs
Provide technical expertise to support Sales
Support technical presentations, proposals, and RFPs
Design and document sales solutions and configurations
Create and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD (2D and limited 3D)
Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams
Assist with order handoff and technical documentation
Maintain technical documentation using Microsoft and Adobe tools
Educate internal teams on products and updates

Qualification

AutoCADTechnical Sales SupportMicrosoft OfficeAdobe ProficiencyTechnical DocumentationReading Technical DrawingsCommunicationProblem-Solving Skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
Experience in sales support or engineering roles
AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe proficiency
Ability to read technical and architectural drawings
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
