Responsibilities
Engineer, configure, and support enterprise-scale identity management platforms (MIM/ADLDS)
Manage and maintain SQL Server infrastructure for identity stack, ensuring high availability and robust backup/recovery
Develop automated solutions using scripts, pipelines, and cloud-based server-less computing (especially AWS)
Lead troubleshooting and resolution for complex, high-severity incidents; provide 24x7x365 IAM support
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with detailed architecture and documentation
Analyze and optimize authentication services; identify technical improvement opportunities
Collaborate on cloud security and automated server-less computing within AWS
Develop scripts and automation in PowerShell, .NET, VBScript, YAML, Python, and other languages
Utilize tools such as Splunk, New Relic, Git, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Radiant Logic for monitoring, compliance, and workflow
Maintain and secure Active Directory environments at enterprise scale
Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, observability, and version control best practices
Must have prior Capital One experience and be local to Richmond, VA; McLean, VA; or Plano, TX
