Responsibilities

Lead process improvements and implement corrective actions for quality, cost, and throughput
Support new product launches: DFM feedback, tooling, process development, validation (PPAP/APQP), and ramp-up
Conduct feasibility studies, support quoting, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams
Collaborate with production, design, quality, and sales to resolve issues and implement improvements
Develop work instructions, process controls, and train production personnel

Required

Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
5+ years manufacturing experience
Knowledge of process engineering, lean manufacturing, DFM, APQP/PPAP, and continuous improvement
Experience with quoting, cost analysis, and technical evaluations
Proficient in reading engineering drawings, GD&T, and material specs
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred
