Responsibilities
Lead electrical system design for mission critical facilities, including:
Medium- and low-voltage power distribution
Emergency and standby power systems
UPS systems and critical power infrastructure
Grounding, bonding, and power quality
Perform and review detailed electrical calculations and studies
Utilize power system analysis tools (SKM and/or ETAP) for load flow, short circuit, and coordination studies
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) within the electrical discipline
Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers
Support project management activities, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines
Qualification
Required
10–20 years of electrical engineering experience, with a strong focus in mission critical environments
Demonstrated ability to lead complex electrical designs and guide less-experienced engineers
Experience working in consulting engineering environments
Proficiency with Revit
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Proficiency with SKM and/or ETAP
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred, but not required
EIT considered
