Digital Content Marketing Specialist

The Digital Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing digital content that supports brand positioning and sales enablement in the power-infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a content strategy aligned to business priorities, vertical markets (utilities, data centers, renewables, industrials), and buyer personas (engineers, EPCs, utilities, developers, procurement, executives)
Build and manage content maps aligned to the buyer journey (awareness → consideration → decision) and sales funnel stages
Identify content gaps based on market needs, competitive positioning, product roadmaps, and sales feedback
Partner with Industry Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment
Create and manage high-quality digital content including:
Website copy, landing pages, and solution pages
Blogs, articles, and thought leadership
Case studies and customer success stories
Whitepapers, eBooks, and technical briefs
Email campaigns and nurture streams
Sales enablement assets (one-pagers, battle cards, presentations)
Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, value-driven messaging
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging architecture across all channels
Publish and manage content in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, HubSpot, etc.)
Optimize content for SEO, search intent, and discoverability
Collaborate with web, design, and marketing operations teams to ensure content is visually compelling, accessible, and user-friendly
Track and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, BrightEdge, or similar
Measure impact on traffic, engagement, lead quality, pipeline influence, and conversion
Continuously optimize content based on data insights and market feedback
Support sales and field marketing with relevant, timely content
Enable ABM, vertical campaigns, and product launches with targeted content packages
Ensure content supports long-cycle, high-consideration B2B buying processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Engineering, or related field
3–6 years of experience in digital content marketing, preferably in industrial B2B, manufacturing, energy, power, automation, or infrastructure sectors
Demonstrated experience in content strategy and content mapping
Demonstrated experience in SEO and digital publishing best practices
Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement
Demonstrated experience in translating technical subject matter into business-relevant messaging
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience working with technical, engineering, or product teams
Familiarity with CMS, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
