Responsibilities

Lead data migration from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, Supply Chain, and HCM modules

Deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation

Participate in transition and warranty support

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

6+ years in Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud; strong experience in SAP-to-Oracle migration

Expertise in FBDI, HDL, Spreadsheet Loader, ADFDI, and OIC integrations

Strong SQL, PL/SQL, data profiling, cleansing, and mass data processing

Hands-on experience with data mapping, conversion strategy, and reconciliation for large-scale migrations

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, SCM, HCM data models

Preferred

Experience in client facing role – Conducting workshops/CRP's/User story clarification sessions

Experience in documenting functional design documents, test strategy/scenarios/cases, application user guide etc

Ability to work in onsite-offshore models

Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Graduate in engineering with MBA in Finance preferred
