As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key support role in planning and executing exceptional event experiences, managing logistics and timelines from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing corporate meetings and incentive travel programs
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for event logistics
Support onsite execution when needed
Track and manage timelines, data, and key event deliverables
Communicate with professionalism and clarity across teams
Think creatively to solve challenges and customize event solutions
Help maintain a high standard of client service and experience
Manage event registrations and customer service engagement via Swoogo platform
Qualification
Required
A college degree
Eager to build a career in corporate event planning or incentive travel
Exceptionally organized and detail-focused
A natural communicator who works well in a team
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
A problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with event management software is a plus
Preferred
Internship/Work experience in events/meeting industry
