Clearly articulate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and system flows
Partner with engineering teams to guide implementation across the stack
Act as the technical thought partner for management and stakeholders
Coordinate teams while maintaining strong hands-on technical credibility
Qualification
Required
Java, Spring Boot, design patterns
Backend microservices & integration architecture
REST APIs, third-party system integrations
Strong architectural depth (not surface-level descriptions)
Experience with subscription, ordering, or connector platforms
Excellent technical communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Frontend understanding (to inform architecture decisions)
Experience with SaaS platforms or support systems (Zendesk-like)
