Responsibilities
Build and scale core platform features across the full stack
Develop and ship AI agents and LLM workflows in production
Own parts of AWS infrastructure and deployments
Implement embeddings, vector search, and retrieval systems
Shape architecture and technical trade-offs
Mentor engineers and contribute to planning and execution
Qualification
Required
6+ years full-stack experience, including startup environments (at least 2 years)
Strong Node.js/API and system design skills
Solid React + TypeScript experience
Experience integrating AI/LLM features into production
Hands-on AWS and infrastructure as code
Highly autonomous; comfortable owning decisions and outcomes
Experience mentoring or leading projects
Preferred
Python (nice-to-have)
Experience leading small teams or mentoring others
