Responsibilities
Execute hardware and software purchases, including both on‑demand requests and recurring monthly buys for standard accessories
Handle software renewals and new software acquisition, coordinating directly with the IT Procurement Manager
Support requests for non‑standard mobile devices, researching and proposing compliant options
Provide technically‑informed purchasing recommendations based on user needs and company policies
Update and maintain hardware and software stock levels within the CMDB and asset registers
Manage inventory for the IT vending machine, including: Monitoring stock levels, Updating available items based on user feedback, Serving as the first point of contact for machine issues, Allocating costs associated with all vending machine purchases
Code invoices for all IT purchases, including: Cross‑charging, Cost allocation, Basic accounting‑related activities tied to procurement
Perform general procurement and vendor management tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
5–6 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar operations‑driven role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple purchasing workflows simultaneously
Technically inclined with the ability to research hardware/software options and understand user requirements
Experience with invoice coding, cross‑charging, and cost allocation
Comfortable working in a task‑driven environment with shifting priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT, finance, and end users
Quick learner with the ability to work both independently and under the guidance of a lead procurement specialist
