Senior Full Stack Engineer (Adobe Specialist)- W2

Call Quest Solution is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will serve as a technical cornerstone for a high-visibility Washington, D.C.–based initiative. The role involves leveraging expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Cloud to build modern user experiences while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and managing cloud operations.

Responsibilities

Design and implement robust full-stack solutions using:
Angular for enterprise web applications
Ionic Framework for cross-platform mobile solutions
Ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performance application architecture
Lead development and customization of AEM components, templates, and workflows
Integrate AEM with frontend frameworks to support complex content delivery use cases
Support enterprise content governance and reuse strategies
Act as the subject matter expert for WCAG 2.1 and ADA compliance
Ensure all applications meet accessibility and legal standards
Utilize accessibility testing tools and remediation best practices
Deploy and manage application environments in AWS
Ensure high availability, performance, and secure cloud operations
Support CI/CD and cloud-native deployment strategies
Operate within a SAFe Agile environment
Author clear, actionable user stories and technical tasks
Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Manage work using Jira and Confluence
Partner with QA teams on testing strategies and automation
Perform code reviews and enforce best practices
Maintain high standards for performance, security, and maintainability

Required

Extensive experience with Angular
Extensive experience with Ionic Framework
Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud
Strong full-stack engineering background with frontend and backend awareness
Proven experience deploying and managing applications in AWS
Deep understanding of ADA and WCAG 2.1 standards
Hands-on experience with accessibility validation tools and audits
Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
Strong communication skills suitable for client-facing and stakeholder-heavy environments
Comfortable working with leadership and cross-functional teams in the D.C. market
