Responsibilities
Work on Service tickets (System generated as well as the end user tickets) on daily basis
Bringing up the service or the application online in case of any failure
Monitoring Control Panel tool and Dashboard tool for critical services
Bringing the application down in preparation for monthly production patches and reinitializing the same after patches are applied
Co-ordinate with the other support groups to make sure the Process is up and running from both the end
Provide on-call support
Qualification
