The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) enriches the environment and protects public health for all New Yorkers. They are seeking a Human Resources Information Services Intern to assist with database administration, data entry, and report generation while contributing to the overall HR operations.

Responsibilities
Data entry
Tracking CRM inquiries
Working with Power BI to generate reports
Preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the unit
Database cleanup
Organizing online HRIS files
Qualification
Required
As of June of the Program year the prospective intern must be a student matriculated in a college or be a recent college graduate (winter/spring term of the Program year)
Student must currently be enrolled at a college/university at the Undergraduate level, pursuing a degree in business or computer-related fields of study
Student must have at least a 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
Proficient in MS Office Suite

Self-motivation: and ability to work well with minimal supervision
