10+ years expLHH is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to support the Long Lead Equipment Procurement Team. The role involves leading procurement and sourcing activities, negotiating supplier bids, and coordinating project timelines for large-scale infrastructure projects across the AMER region.

Responsibilities
Lead procurement and sourcing activities for OFCI and long‑lead equipment
Review, evaluate, and negotiate supplier bids
Create and manage change orders using ERP and Power BI tools
Coordinate project milestones, deliverables, and equipment timelines
Partner with engineering, cost management, and site execution teams
Resolve supplier delivery issues and support risk mitigation
Monitor supplier performance, SLAs, and KPIs
Participate in stakeholder syncs, RFP reviews, and supplier workshops
Qualification
Required
5+ years in contracting
5+ years in procurement or purchasing
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio skills
Experience with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Preferred
10+ years in contracting and procurement or purchasing
Experience in construction procurement, CAPEX, or equipment sourcing
