Responsibilities
Collaborate in the development or testing of new analytical software and techniques to comply with user requirements, specifications, and scope
Consult with programs to determine the need for new or improved analytical procedures, applications, and reporting
Produce written summary reports of research and analyze results
Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms, reports, and sites
Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records
Compile statistics from source materials such as program datasets and broader Navy information systems
Display them appropriately for their intended use
Write and edit technical documentation for digital products and designs, such as user manuals, testing protocols, and reports
Qualification
Required
Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
10+ years of professional experience providing Database Management support to Navy programs
Experience with Navy Data Analytics tools
DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); DoD/DoN contracting; experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel; Navy procedures and processes is desired
Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or related field
