Qualification
Required
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including maintaining records and managing documentation
Strong Accounting Skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and client interactions
Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and supporting senior leadership
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Previous experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
