Responsibilities
Industry 4.0 initiative - Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls
AI-driven Digital CMC transformation (high strategic visibility)
Focused on program integration & leadership, not hands-on implementation
Integrate program schedules aligning BTS and manufacturing site timelines
Multiple concurrent Digital CMC and AI use cases (5+ workstreams, several with sub-streams)
Program cadence: status updates, dependency tracking, risk & issue management
Global pilot coordination and scale-up readiness
Business-side orchestration between:
Manufacturing Operations
Process Development
Digital / Business Technology Teams
Qualification
Required
PMP or equivalent
10-20 years of experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager
Experience leading large, complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Background in manufacturing operations, life sciences, or regulated environments
Exposure to software-enabled or digital transformation programs
Strong PM soft skills: communication, organization, influence, risk management
Comfortable operating across time zones (frequent coordination with APAC)
Pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing experience
Experience with Digital CMC, Industry 4.0, AI, automation, or robotics initiatives
Experience acting as a bridge between business and IT
