Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience writing content for GTM, sales enablement, or enterprise product marketing
Strong ability to understand and simplify complex concepts such as: Order & Offer Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Quote‑to‑Cash or Lead‑to‑Order processes, APIs, system integrations, and workflow automations
Strong interviewing skills to extract information from SMEs
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving product environments
Experience with content management tools, Confluence, Jira, CMS platforms, or design tools (optional but beneficial)
Understanding of GTM motions including product positioning, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation
Familiarity with Agile product development
High adoption of content by Sales and Product Marketing teams
Improved clarity and effectiveness of GTM messaging
Faster sales cycles due to better enablement materials
Positive feedback from stakeholders on clarity, accuracy, and impact of content
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Sales Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role in a B2B SaaS, Telecom, Enterprise Software, or Technology environment
Demonstrated experience writing content for GTM, sales enablement, or enterprise product marketing
Strong ability to understand and simplify complex concepts such as: Order & Offer Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Quote‑to‑Cash or Lead‑to‑Order processes, APIs, system integrations, and workflow automations
Strong interviewing skills to extract information from SMEs
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving product environments
Preferred
Experience in Telecom, B2B Marketplace, Enterprise eCommerce, CRM/CPQ, or API-centric platforms
Understanding of GTM motions including product positioning, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation
Familiarity with Agile product development
